Homeowner Portal Access
Homeowners can access their account information as well as HOA Financial Statements and Board of Director Minutes by going to the Homeowner Portal. To access the portal (or to register for your own account) please click here. You can bookmark your Homeowner Portal page once you are registered so that you can access your account information directly, or you can use this link to go to your account from this page.
Suggestions for the Board
Please note that the purpose of a suggestion box is for ideas for community improvement. This is different from a community concern which must be submitted in writing with a valid resident signature and home address (Click here to access the CONCERN FORM or see below under HOA Forms and Rules to use the Online Concern Form). A concern might involve a violation of rules or regulations, whereas a suggestion would involve ideas the Board might consider for the betterment of the community as a whole (ie: “It might be nice to plant flowers in this area of the community” etc.)
If you have a problem or concern please use the official CONCERN form, not the suggestion box. The Suggestion Box comments do not necessarily go to the Community Manager, who has the responsibility of reviewing resident concerns.
This is an anonymous submission form and Board members will not reply directly. If your suggestion requires a dialog, please voice your suggestion in person during the “resident comments” period of the monthly board meeting.

NOTE: An online version of the Concern Form is now available if you would like to fill out the form online and print it for submission to the Property Manager. Simply click this link and type in the information. If you have multiple addresses with the same concern, fill in your contact information at the top and the concern in the description provided. Leave the Address of Concern blank and print the number of copies for each address. You can then fill in each address as you sign each form. You must submit one form for each concern and each address.
